Information you provide directly

When you submit the inquiry form on the Work With Me page, I collect the information you voluntarily provide — including your name, email address, phone number (if provided), service interest, and any details you share in the message fields.

Information I do not collect

How I Use Your Information

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your coaching inquiry, understand your goals and situation to provide relevant information, and follow up regarding coaching services you've expressed interest in.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content — it is never used to identify you individually.

Formspree (Contact Form)

The inquiry form on the Work With Me page is powered by Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to my email address. Formspree may store form submissions on their servers for a limited period.

Formspree has its own Privacy Policy which governs their handling of your data. I encourage you to review Formspree's Privacy Policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy before submitting a form. I do not have control over Formspree's data retention practices.
